Delivery Information:


We are working towards providing FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on all of the items we sell, as the stock rotates on the website, this will be achieved on 100% of our items, for now only selected items are FREE DELIVERY.


Delivery within the UK is a flat rate cost of £3.95 per order and we will ship the item the next working day if ordered before 2pm and it will be sent 2nd Class Signed For with a 3-day delivery aim via the Post Office.

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is a fixed cost of £8.99 per order. Please allow between 2-5 working days.

The Little Black Dress Agency insures each purchase during the time that it is in transit and until it is delivered to you, a signature is required when the purchase is delivered to you and, at this point, responsibility is then passed onto you. If the purchase is going to a recipient who is not you, then evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by The Little Black Dress Agency and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

RETURNS
 

The Little Black Dress Agency hopes that you will love your purchase but, in the case that you are not entirely satisfied with the item you have received, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

The return address for items is - The LBDA, c/o12 Masters Crescent, Castle Dene, Prudhoe, Northumberland, NE42 6NT. 

All items bought from The Little Black Dress Agency are second-hand items pre-owned by a third party. When looking to purchase an item with us, please read the item's description and view all of the pictures. Where needed, please contact us to ask any further questions to avoid returns.


The following terms apply to those wishing to receive a refund:

  1. We will refund to you the price of the item less postage and packing on the following conditions: (return postage will be paid for by yourself)

     2.   We ask you to tell us within 1 week of receiving the product that you wish to return it by emailing us thelittleblackdressagency@hotmail.co.uk, and to send it back within 14 days of receiving it.

      3.    You have insured the Item during transit. We accept no responsibility for items which are lost, delayed or damaged in transit;

      4.    You have paid all postage and packaging for the return of the item, and we have received the item from you in the same condition as the item was sent to you. All swing-tags and stickers must be attached.

      5.    Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the sole discretion of The Little Black Dress Agency and may only be refunded as a store credit.

      6.    Credit/debit cards will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the item back.

       7.    All used items sold through the Website are sold “as is”. Used items are accompanied with photographs and descriptions of their condition. The stated price is designed to reflect the fact that the item is used. We sell these used items as agents for undisclosed principals. If the item arrives and does not correspond with the description and photographs provided, you may return the item to us in accordance with clause 1. If you have not contacted us within 3 days, you are deemed to have accepted the used item as being in a condition corresponding to the description under which you purchased the item.

Even if items are labelled as new with tags, or new without tags, they are all second-hand items, pre-owned by a third party seller.
Earrings are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please note: when sending the items we make a note of how they have been sent to you. All items will be sent with The Little Black Dress Agency tags but some may also have original tags, dust bags, boxes, stickers – all items must be returned in the same way as they reach you. If any goods are found not to be in the condition we sent them to you in, then we have the legal right to refuse a refund and the item will be returned to you at your own cost. 

INSURANCE

Items will be insured by us from prior to postage until it is delivered. Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature, the responsibility of the purchased goods is then passed to you. If someone else signs for the item on your behalf (whether or not they have authority to do so) you shall be treated as having recieved the items.

Never worn and in pristine condition. Come with original garment tags.

NEW WITHOUT TAGS

Never worn and in pristine condition. Does not come with original garment tags.

EXCELLENT

Worn once or twice. No obvious defects and has very minimal signs of wear.

GOOD

Gently worn with some signs of wear which will be described, these may include minor marking or surface scratching. 

FAIR

Heavily worn with signs of heavy wear, these may include scratching, tarnishing, and other notable marks. But nothing which affects the overall functionality of the item.
